In the session “Expression Through Songwriting,” students will learn about the creative process that goes behind writing a song. By hearing examples from personal experience as a songwriter, students will be encouraged to find their own inspiration and work together to create a song or start of a song. The session can be adapted for holidays including Mother’s Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween with themes regarding the holidays.
