In this session, students will learn about snow globes from around the world, design and simple drawing techniques to create their own snow globe.

Students will use their cursive handwriting skills to turn their name into creative mythical creatures or insects while learning and to recognize shapes and images that are symmetrical.

Students will learn to roll clay coil shapes and spirals to form heart shapes with clay.

Louisiana artist, Clementine Hunter, was a self-taught black folk artist known for artwork depicting plantation life in the early 20th Century.

Beginning with a favorite book, students will draw from observation and create details with line designs and patterns.
VA-013 Draw a Crawfish (K-5)
In this session, students will learn how to draw a crawfish, step by step.
