Beginning with a favorite book, students will draw from observation and create details with line designs and patterns. We’ll use a watercolor resist technique to complete the piece.

Jan Fontenot is an artist who lives in the Grand Prairie area and also teaches part time at a local high school. She loves to get children involved in all types of art making especially to those who do not have the opportunity or resources to do so.
